Family Ministry

Virtually all services at Faith Lutheran Church provide messages aimed at both children and adults.  In addition, we offer a variety of fun and educational programs for Lutherans of all ages.  Place the cursor on the Education link above, and a drop-down menu will lead you to information about our Sunday School and other activities.

In 2018, a new "Prayground" was created in the sanctuary near the front doors on the pulpit side of the altar. Among other things, it's a perfect place for young children to hear a Children's Message during each worship service, before a similar message is delivered as part of the Gospel reading and the pastor's Sermon.

Kids & Student Ministries

Our Elementary and Middle School Ministry includes all children from birth to 8th grade. We are a Jesus-focused, Spirit-filled, life-giving ministry. Our vision is to raise up and empower the next generation to advance God's kingdom, so that our students can take their next steps to a life of significance with Christ.

Youth in grades 7-12 are invited to be a part of Faith Lutheran Youth (FLY). Middle School Youth (Grades 7-8) gathers one Wednesday a month, with supper at 6 PM and activities from 6:30 to 7:30PM. High School Youth (Grades 9-12) gather two Sunday mornings a month between worship from 10:15 to 11:15 AM. There is no fixed schedule, as students meet when weeks work best for all!

FLY participates in a number of service project throughout the community. The FLY students participate in fundraises  each year in able to sponsor a summer mission trip or participate in a ELCA National Youth Gathering where they perform various service tasks. Our FLY group plays an extremely active role in our church.
